In the hamlet of Sint-Dimpna, within cycling distance of the city centre of Geel, Matexi is building a brand-new residential neighbourhood: Laar. New: Residence August

Residence August is the latest chapter in the story of Geel Laar. This standalone apartment building features 16 energy-efficient apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. All units have spacious south-facing terraces overlooking a large public green area. Underground parking and individual bicycle storage are provided.

Residence August is heated via a collective low-temperature heat network, connected to a BTES system (thermal energy storage). Thanks to this advanced technology, the use of fossil fuels is avoided and CO₂ emissions are drastically reduced.

Price does not include costs. But how much are the additional costs?

When you buy a new house you actually buy a piece of land on which we build a structure for you.

On the land you pay registration fees (12% in Flanders, 12.5% in Brussels and Wallonia) and notary fees, on the construction that is 21% VAT.

To quickly calculate the total price including costs, add 20% to the price.
